Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order if the item has not been shipped. To do this, please contact us through the contact form on our website or by email at . We will then cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

Returns

You have ​14 calendar days from the date you received an item to initiate the return process. You must contact us through the contact form on our website or by email at to initiate the return process and receive return instructions. You have 14 days from the day you initiated the return process to ship the item back to us. The item is considered shipped when a shipping provider receives it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Any items customized as per buyer’s request or made to order are not eligible for a return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method) within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You will obtain the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping of return item

Returned items must be shipped to the return address provided to you using a trackable shipping method. You must provide us with the tracking number of the return parcel. You will be responsible for carefully packaging the item and paying the shipping costs for returning it.
